We found everything we needed at our local dollar store.

Directions:
1. Begin by cutting your fish shape out of the paint chip. We free handed ours with pencil and then cut out it. A simple oval with a triangle tail works great.
2. Create the face of your fish. Add the googly eye with a drop of craft glue, and use your marker to make a mouth.
3. Apply some glue to the back of the paint chip fish and press it to the top of your craft stick. Hold it in place to dry.
4. Fringe a few pieces of green felt or paper. Glue the pieces to the bottom of your fish to look like seaweed.
