If you didn’t see my post last Friday for the Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup, I definitely recommend going and checking it out first!  🙂  I have gotten a great response to it!  Today’s delicious recipe, brought to you by Chick-fil-A Houston Road in Florence, Kentucky is a Chicken Salad Wrap.  This delicious, healthy wrap is made using Chick-fil-A’s chicken salad!  I’m obsessed with Chick-fil-A’s Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing, so this is kind of a take on that dressing to make the Chick-fil-A chicken salad even more flavorful!

What Tools Will I Need?

There really isn’t any specific tools you need for this recipe, but there are some tools that will make it easier! I highly recommend the avocado 3-in-1 tool – it makes things a million times easier, especially if you eat a lot of avocado like we do!

Chicken Salad Wrap Recipe

This chicken salad wrap is a great way to still enjoy your chicken salad without all the carbs of a tortilla shell!  It makes a great lunch that doesn’t take very long to make.

Chick-fil-A Chicken Salad Wrap

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

Today’s delicious recipe, brought to you by Chick-fil-A Houston Road in Florence, Kentucky is a Chicken Salad Wrap.  This delicious, healthy wrap is made using Chick-fil-A’s chicken salad! 

Ingredients

  • Chick-fil-A Chicken Salad
  • Head of Lettuce
  • Avocado
  • Lime

Instructions

  1. Chicken Salad Wrap using Chick-fil-A Chicken Salad | Optimistic MommyFor each wrap, take about 3/4 cup – 1 cup and put in a bowl. Cut the avocado in half and de-pit. Scoop out half of the flesh and add to the bowl. Cut the lime in half and squeeze 1 teaspoon into the mixture.Chicken Salad Wrap using Chick-fil-A Chicken Salad | Optimistic Mommy
  2. Mix it all up real good. When that is done, break off one of the lettuce leaves and lay flat on your plate.Chicken Salad Wrap using Chick-fil-A Chicken Salad | Optimistic Mommy

  1. I love their chicken wraps but usually open them and just eat the insides. What a great idea of using lettuce leaves! Their avocado lime dressing ROCKS but adding a little is NOT possible for me.. lol I could eat it with a spoon!

  35. I really should start doing wraps like this! I had a lettuce wrap at a Girls Night Out function years ago and have thought about them since.
