I am very excited to start sharing with you everything I did around Corydon, Indiana. I thought I would first share with you the hotel. My dad and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Corydon. I was very impressed with this Holiday Inn. It’s very beautiful inside, kept clean and the staff is extremely friendly. You can’t get much better with a hotel!
Holiday Inn Express is located in Corydon, which is just minutes away from Louisville and the area’s top attractions. It is located adjacent from Walmart and you can walk to several different restaurants. I love that Historic Corydon was just a few minutes away, so we were super close to a lot of the things we would be doing and visiting.
We shared a double bed room, which was perfect for us. The beds were super comfortable and each had 4 pillows of varying firmness and softness – I was in heaven! I’m a pillow hog, so I was pretty much at home with all these pillows. 🙂
There was a nice sized TV with a great variety of channels. (Yes, we spent our first night watching A League of Their Own. Or, should I say, I made my dad watch it. LOL.) I loveed that there was a mini refrigerator and a microwave. Made it perfect for reheating our leftovers from the restaurants we visited (can’t wait to tell you about them!). There was also a great sized desk with a nice office chair. We were so busy, that we didn’t really take advantage of that. 
The bathroom was very nice with a big sink for lots of room to put things. There was a hair dryer, too, as well as shampoo, conditioner and lotion. I love that they were from bath & Body Works, so you know they were great quality! Plus there was a make-up remover towelette – that was a nice surprise! My dad loved that there was a coffee maker. He took advantage of that each morning. 
Holiday Inn Express in Corydon, IN has a nice long list of amenitites. Here are a few of my favorites:

There are many great reasons to stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Corydon, Indiana. My husband and I are already planning a trip out to Corydon, and I know where we will be staying! 🙂

My family uses Holiday Inn whenever possible. They have great rates, and their rooms are always clean and comfortable.
I love the complimentary breakfast provided at the Holiday Inn. It is always a nice and affordable way to travel.
Ahh. Pillows. There’s really nothing better than just laying on a huge pile of them. So comfy…
The Holiday Inn Express hotels are one of my fav’s to stay in. I’d love one of those fireplace and jacuzzi suites!

I find Holiday Inn Express hotels to be very comfortable and relaxing. I love the free breakfast too.
