Baked Spaghetti -01

Even though I am a work-from-home mom, our life is busy.  With my husband’s work schedule, Riley’s preschool and dance schedules, and more, we don’t always get to sit down as a family for a homecooked meal.  When we do it is definitely a special treat.  Thankfully we have Ragu® to help make this family meal time easier!

One of my family’s favorite recipes is my baked spaghetti.  It is easy for me to make and is delicious.  I can just stop by my local Kroger store that’s not even 5 minutes away, pick up the ingredients, and get started on it when I get home.  I usually serve it with garlic bread and a salad.  It makes for a great meal!Baked Spaghetti -02

  4. Combine Ragu® Pasta Sauce and ground italian sausage.  Set aside.
  5. Layer half of the pasta, half of the ricotta cheese mixture, half of the meat sauce, and half of the mozzerella. Continue with the other half of the layers.
  6. Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.  Remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
