And of course, as with any big sporting events, you have to have amazing food to snack on. Today I am sharing some easy and delicious Game Day Pulled Pork Nachos using one of my favorite Curly’s BBQ product. There are so many different toppings you can put on them, and they can be made according to your taste. Using Curly’s BBQ from the refrigerated meat case, I was able to put together delicious and easy nachos that are perfect for game days.

Game Day Pulled Pork Nachos Recipe With Curly's BBQ

Get Game Day ready by making up a batch of these delicious Game Day Pulled Pork Nachos!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Curly’s Pulled Pork
  • 1-2 Handfuls Tortilla Chips
  • 1 Packet Jalapeno Cheese Sauce
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Sliced Jalapenos
  • 1/3 Cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons Chopped Green Onion
  • ¼ Cup Verde Salsa
  • BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  1. Place a sheet of tin foil over a baking pan. Place your tortilla chips on top of and in the middle of the tin foil.
  2. Place your Curly’s Pulled Pork on top of and in the middle of the chips. Top the pulled pork with half of your tomatoes, half of your green onion, some jalapenos, and the cheese sauce.
  3. Place in the oven uncovered for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
  4. Pull out of the oven and use a spatula to transfer to a plate if desired.
  5. Finish topping your nachos with the rest of your tomatoes, your green onions, the salsa, and drizzle with BBQ sauce if desired.

One of My Favorite Foods is Nachos and Nothing Says Football Like Nachos (or Chicken Wings) Both are Equally Delicious! I Have Tried All Different Kinds of Nachos Before but I Have Never Tried Pulled Pork Nachos and I Have Never Heard of Curly’s Pulled Pork, I’m Not Sure That They Have This Where I Live but it Sounds Yummy!   3. I love nachos and this looks so yummy. Pulled pork on nachos would make it different than then usual nachos plus the smokey flavor would be a great addition to the overall flavor. We did a nacho bar at my ouse for the Super Bowl. It was a huge success. This would have made it even better!
