Macaroni Coleslaw

1 Box Pasta (Macaroni or Penne Work Best)
1 Bag Coleslaw Mix
1/2 Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Celery Rib, Finely Chopped

Dressing:
1 1/2 Cups Miracle Whip or Mayo
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

  1. Cook box of pasta according to directions. When done, drain and rinse with cold water and put in a bowl.
  2. After pasta is done, mix in the coleslaw mix, onion and celery.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together all of the dressing ingredients. Then add to the pasta/coleslaw.
  4. Refrigerate for at least one hour, or overnight. Enjoy!
