I am excited to let you all know about a fun event coming up October 14th-16th. The Bob Evans’ 46th Farm Festival! This fun event is perfect for families – read on to find out more!

At the Bob Evan’s Farm Festival you can enjoy fun all day with delicious food, contests, entertainment acts, as well as 100 artisans showcasing their work for purchase. Nearly 30,000 visitors from 20 states are expected to attend, so you know this is a big deal!

Some of the other entertainment shows at the Farm Festival include a kiddie tractor pull (11am-1pm), cow chip toss, sack race, pie eating contest, clogging shows by Taps in Motion, Circle C Racing Pigs, Great Lakes Timber Show, chainsaw carving by the Stihl Chainsaw Pro Carving Team, sheep shearing, horseshoe pitching, cow milking, Border Collie, and horseshoeing demonstrations. It is sure to be a lot of fun!

Bob Evans’ Farm Festival is open daily from 9am until 5pm. The ticket prices are $6 for adults, $4 for children ages 6-18, and children five years old and under are free. This is a very affordable festival for families.

If you are able to visit on Saturday, October 15th you don’t want to miss award-winning TV host and countr star Craig Morgan! He is the headlining musical entertainment this year. He performs at 8pm at the Windmill Stage. The Rarely Herd opens for Morgan at 6:30, and a fireworks show will follow Morgan’s performance at 9:30pm. Make sure to purchase your tickets for the concert!

I know I can’t wait to try out festival favorites such as bean soup, cornbread, apple dumplings, and apple cider. I know my family and I are going to have a great time in Bidwell, Ohio. It will be our first time visiting the Bob Evans farm, which has been on my bucket list for quite some time now.
