About Me

Courtney Pies Headshot

I’m a 20-something working mother. My boyfriend, Dustin, and I are expecting a baby in 2019! I already have a sweet daughter, Riley, as well as a wonderful step-son, Lucas. I’m a proud Navy daughter.

I was raised by my grandparents from the time I was 8 months old. Because they were all I knew as “parents,” I call them mom and dad. I wouldn’t be the smart, thankful, caring, strong, independent woman I am without them. I am so thankful that they were there for me. Unfortunately my mom passed away in May of 2013.

I have a beautiful, smart little sister named Allison.

My favorite things to do are read, listen to music, watch television and movies, exercise, coupon, and, of course, blog. My new-found love is crafting. I just taught myself to crochet, and I also do cross stitch and plastic canvas.

If there’s anything else you would like to know about me, do not hesitate to ask!
