You should all know that I love Bob Evans by now. It is a favorite place for my family and I to go to and enjoy a delicious meal – no matter if it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner. We always know that we are going to have a great meal. Since they were recently named America’s best breakfast restaurant (according to a survey by Market Force), you know they are good. I’m excited to share about our most recent visit where we tried a couple of items from their new summer menu.
I love omelets, so I decided to have brinner (breakfast/dinner combined) and try their Bacon Lover’s Omelet. It is a three-egg omelet that has two strips of thick-cut, hardwood-smoked bacon inside, as well as cheddar cheese, onions, crumbled bacon pieces, red peppers and ranch dressing. Wow – SO yummy! If you love omelets and bacon, this is definitely the omelet for you! 
My husband is always up for Bob Evans’ 3-Course Dinners. He was happy to see they have a new Sizzlin’ Bacon-Topped Chicken 3-Course Dinner now. You get a grilled chicken breast that is topped with two strips of hardwood-smoked bacon, sauteed onions, provolone cheese, and a warm bacon sauce. I, of course, had to sneak a bite, and this was delicious too!

- Strawberry Season – Don’t miss out on Strawberry Crepes, Strawberry Hotcakes, Strawberry Waffles, as well as the new Strawberry Brioche French Toast. Oh, and don’t forget the new Strawberry Bacon Salad – a fresh mix of greens and spinach that is topped with grilled chicken, bacon, strawberries, honey-roasted pecans and red onions.
- You can also get their Strawberry Supreme Pie again for a limited time! Get it by the slice or purchase a whole pie to enjoy at home or a get together.
