Impossibly Easy Turkey and Stuffing Pie
Serves 6
2Cups Cut-Up Cooked Turkey or Chicken
Teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1Cup Leftover Cooked Bread Stuffing
4Medium Green Onions, Thinly Sliced (1/4 Cup)
Cup Cooked Green Peas
Cup Original Bisquick Mix
1Cup Milk
2Eggs
TurkeyGravy, Heated, If Desired
1. Heatoven to 400F. Spray pie plate, 9×1 inches, with cooking spray. Spreadturkey in pie plate; sprinkle with seasoned salt. Separate stuffing into small pieces; arrangeon turkey. Top with onions and peas.
2. StirBisquick mix, milk and eggs in medium bowl with wire whisk or fork untilblended. Pour into pie plate.
3. Bake30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with gravy.
