This is one of my all-time favorite recipes ever! It is so delicious. I always serve it with mashed potatoes.
Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie
Serves 6
1Pound Lean Ground Beef
1Large Onion, Chopped (1 Cup)
Teaspoon Salt
Teaspoon Pepper
1Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (4 Ounces)
Cup Original Bisquick Mix
1Cup milk
2Eggs
CheeseburgerToppings, Such as Ketchup, Pickles and Mustard, If Desired
1. Heatoven to 400F. Spray pie plate, 9×1 inches, with cooking spray. Cook beef,onion, salt and pepper in 10-inch skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes,stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
2. StirBisquick mix, milk and eggs in medium bowl with wire whisk or fork untilblended. Pour into pie plate.
3. Bakeabout 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with cheeseburger toppings.
