Pumpkin Apple Dessert Pizza
Serves 12
1Roll (18 Ounces) Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough
1CupLibby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin
1Package (3 Ounces) Cream Cheese, Softened
3Tablespoons Granulated Sugar, Divided
Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1Medium Green Apple, Peeled, Cored and Thinly Sliced (About 1 Cup)
DashGround Cinnamon
1/3Cup Chopped Walnuts
1to 2 Tablespoons Caramel-Flavored Ice Cream Topping
1. Freezecookie dough for 30 minutes; slice into -inch thick pieces (about 32). Place slices, edges touching, on greased12-inch pizza pan.* Bake in preheated350F oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; prick with fork. Cool on wire rack.
2. Beatpumpkin, cream cheese, 2 tablespoons sugar and teaspoon cinnamon in smallmixer bowl until smooth. Spread overpizza crust to within inch of edge. Mix apple slices with remaining sugar and dash cinnamon in small bowl;place on pizza. Sprinkle with walnuts.
3. Bakeat 350F for 8 minutes more. Place onwire rack. Drizzle with carameltopping. Cool slightly. Cut into wedges; serve warm.
*Note: Recipe alsomay be made in 13×9-inch baking pan. Bake crust in preheated 350F oven for 15 to 17 minutes or until goldenbrown. Add apple topping and bake for 10minutes more.
