Cinnamon-RaisinSnack Mix

2 Tablespoons Sugar
Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine
1 Cup Corn Chex Cereal
1 Cup Rice Chex Cereal
1 Cup Wheat Chex Cereal
Cup Raisins, Dried Cranberriesor Dried Cherries

In small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon; set aside.

In medium microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on high about 40 seconds or until melted. Stir in cereals until evenly coated. Microwave uncovered 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.

Sprinkle half of the sugar mixture evenly over cereals; stir. Sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture; stir. Microwave uncovered 1 minute. Stir in raisins. Spread on paper towels to cool.
Tip:
Thiseasy snack keeps well when stored in a zip-type bag at roomtemperature for a few days. If you’d like to make more at a time tokeep on hand, double the ingredients.
