Hot Dog n Cheese Pie
Serves 6
Pound Hot Dogs, Cut Into -Inch Pieces
Cup Chopped Onion, If Desired
Cup Original Bisquick Mix
1 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (4 Ounces)
Ketchup and Mustard, If Desired
- Heat oven to 400F. Spray pie plate, 9×1 -inches, with cooking spray. Layer hot dog pieces and onion in pie plate.
- Stir Bisquick, milk and eggs in medium bowl with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top is golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with ketchup and mustard.

This recipe looks very interesting. I'm not much of a cook or baker so I've never seen a hotdog pie before. Hopefully I get to try it one of these days (soon as I drag myself to the kitchen)
