4 Easy Steps to Remove Blemishes for a Flawless Photo
- Download the PhotoWorks Software & Launch It. The first step you need to take is to download the PhotoWorks software from the main website. The file is extremely small in size so it doesn’t take up a lot of space and it works on Windows 10/8/7/Vista and XP machines. Once you have it downloaded and installed, make sure to launch it!
- Open Your Photo & Click on the Retouch Tab. Open up your photo by clicking on the File menu and clicking the open option. Browse for your photo and open it up in PhotoWorks. Next, you will want to click on the Retouch tab, which is found at the top of the program next to the tools tab. To help you remove acne from photos, select the healing brush tool from the right-hand side menu while in the retouching tab section.
- Change Up the Size of the Healing Brush to Fit Your Blemishes. When you click on the healing brush tool, a box will pop up with slider options for size, opacity, and feathering. Change the size of the healing brush so that it is slightly larger than the blemishes you are looking to remove. What this tool does is it takes damaged or unwanted areas in a photo and replaces them with the spotless or good surrounding areas and blends them with the problem area’s tone and color.
