1. THE MERMAID  Turn on your left hip in a seated position, fold your legs together to the left side

Set your left hand on the right ankle and lift your right arm in a straight line in the air

Stretch out towards the upper limit as much as possible and then do the same to the left

Loosen up and do it again for 10 times for both sides.

2. CURLS – Recline on your back with the knees curved and feet level on the floor, stretch arms at the sides

Breathe out and bend your chin to your chest with shoulders completely off the mat

Hold the pose for 10 seconds and loosen up

3. PILATES 100 – Recline level on your back with your knees twisted. Raise your feet off the floor to the table-top pose (knees loaded above the hips and bent to 90 degrees)

Direct your toes compress the heels and widen your legs as the crow flies up to about 45

Lift your head, neck, shoulders and upper back off the mat

Drive arms up and down while inhaling in (5 times) and out (5 times) through the mouth

Do it with 10 sets

4. ROLLING UP – Recline level on your back with your arms stretched towards the ceiling.

Breathe out; bend jaw to the chest and turn up to sitting position with arms widening towards the feet

Grasp the position for 5 seconds

Breathe in, loosen up and return to the initial position

Do it for 10 times

5. ROLL LIKE A BALL – Get your knees to the chest, and cover arms around the legs

Rock towards until your tailbone reaches the floor, and your feet are about a few inches above the floor

Breathe in while turning back to the shoulder blades and breathe out while rolling forward, upholding a balance close to the initial position

Do it again for 10 times

6. SINGLE-LEG STRETCH – Recline on your back with legs lifted to 45

Breathe out and lift the head, upper back, shoulder and neck above the mat

Twist your right knee in the direction of the chest with your left hand on the ankle and your right hand on the knee

Change legs while breathing out

Do it again for 20 times
