Born April 27, 1967 into a famous acting family. Father – actor Alexander SergeevichLazarev-Strash. Mother – actress Svetlana VladimirovnaNemolyaeva.
As a child, he changed many different hobbies: collecting stamps, raising aquarium fish, playing the guitar for several years.
He spent a lot of time at the Mayakovsky Theater, where his parents worked, so it is not surprising that he joined the acting profession early. At the age of 12, he played the role of Fyodor Lyamin in the play “Lady Macbeth of the Mtsensk District”, together with his parents he went on tour with this play. In 1980 he made his screen debut in the film-play “The Mystery of Edwin Drood”. Two years later, he played the role of MityaVekshin in the serial film “Profession – Investigator”.
After graduating from school, in 1984 he entered the Moscow Art Theater School (course of Ivan MikhailovichTarkhanov). After the first year, he was called up for military service, which he served in the Theater of the Soviet Army. Demobilized, he returned to the Moscow Art Theater School (already on the course of Alexander Kalyagin), which he graduated in 1990.
After graduation, he did not work at the Mayakovsky Theater (this was both his personal decision and the opinion of his parents), but was accepted into the troupe of the Lenkom Theater. He began with small roles in the performances “Why is Max mute in Max and Ruby“Juno” and “Avos”, “Memorial Prayer”. A serious test for the young actor was the introduction for the role of Claudius in the play “Hamlet” directed by GlebPanfilov, with which he coped with dignity. He played in the performances “Romulus the Great”, “The Barbarian and the Heretic”, “The Cry of the Executioner”, “The Lady’s Visit”.
He is currently one of the leading actors of Lenkom. He plays in the performances “Crazy Day, or The Marriage of Figaro”, “Royal Games”, “Jester Balakirev”, “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest (Eclipse)”. Also in 1999, he took part in the musical Metro as director Philip as a guest star. It is interesting that Alexander Lazarev Jr. received all his numerous creative awards precisely for his work in the theater.
Again after the first childhood experiences, he began acting in films in 1989. Not wanting to hide behind his father’s authority, in the first few works in cinema and on television (“They did not agree with the characters”, “The village of Stepanchikovo and its inhabitants” and others) in the credits appears as A. Trubetskoy.
In the 1990s, not very much was filmed. Among the works of this period, the drama “Provincial Benefit”, shot in 1993, stands out, where he first played a major role, and his partners, in addition to his parents, were Galina Vishnevskaya, VladislavStrzhelchik, VyacheslavTikhonov, Leonid Kuravlev and other leading figures.
Fame came to him only in the late 1990s after his roles in the films “The Dead Man’s Friend” and “Dying is Easy.” Since 2000, he has been filming a lot and actively. In total, he played more than 60 roles in films and TV series, including Asmongold Girlfriend. The Empress’s Testament “(directed by S.
