Fitness Flower – The Bathroom Begonia Review

So I’ve slowly been trying to become more active. I’ve realized that I need to make sure I have good self-esteem in order for my daughter, when she’s older, to have good self-esteem with herself. I put my body down a lot. It drives my husband crazy. I need to get out of the habit of doing that, and I truly believe the only way I’m going to be able to do that is through losing weight so I can truly feel good about myself.

If you’re a mom, I’m sure you can understand that it’s hard to find the time to exercise. Between taking care of your child(ren), cooking dinner, cleaning the house, and don’t forget about spending time with your husband, not to mention if you work away from home or at home. It truly is a struggle to find time to work out. That’s where the Fitness Flower comes in!

Created by Estelle Shaw, a celebrity trainer, who understood that mothers are busy. She lives by the motto “Fitness that fits your life. She created The Bathroom Begonia after having her second child, to help other women focus on their health and wellness without having to sacrific their precious time just for exercise. There’s really no excuse not to do these easy exercises!

If you have a beauty routine (which, honestly, what female doesn’t?!), you can seamlessly fit The Bathroom Begonia into your exisiting routine with the simple exercises. My favorite part of this product is the flower that suction cups to the mirror so your Begonia can stay up on your mirror at all time – so there’s no forgetting to do your exercises!

Another great item that comes with The Bathroom Begonia is a bonus Reading Rose Bookmark that has six extra exercises that you can easily do without even getting out of bed! This bookmark is perfect for me since I always have a book I’m reading in the bedroom. I have been doing them at least in the morning after I wake up, before I roll out of bed, and sometimes before I go to bed!

All of these exercises are super easy to do. This makes it easy to get ready in the morning and/or at night while working on getting fit! Isn’t it great to kill two birds with one stone?! πŸ™‚

  6. Hi! This seems like a great product but please don’t associate losing weight=good body image. Love your body whether your 5 pounds over weight or 100. πŸ™‚ You are you and a beautiful person! I have PCOS and hypothyroidism if I associated my weight to my self image I would be a wreck. Exercising, eating right, and having healthy relationships is important but should not determine your body image.:)

  7. I love 10 minutes a day. Sometimes that’s all I can really spare. If it really will get me in shape then this is what I need.

  32. You had me until I saw the tricep dips from the toilet. I know my toilet seat’s not sanitary enough for me to feel comfortable with it. Nevertheless, the other exercises are a clever way to fit in some toning in the loo.

  33. This is such a neat idea. I’ve read that you should do things like marching in place when you brush your teeth to burn extra calories, but I always forget. Having the flower in front of your face would really help you to not forget to do your exercises!
