Cheesy BBQ Chicken Pizza

1 Pizza
Ingredients
- Velveeta
- Frozen Chicken Breasts
- BBQ Sauce
- Refrigerated Pizza Crust
Instructions
- Put your frozen chicken breasts (I used two) in a slow cooker in the morning with about a cup of water and put on low so they can cook all day. If you do not want to use the slow cooker, just follow the directions on the package and cook them in the oven before putting your pizza together.
- Preheat your oven to the refrigerated pizza dough directions and roll your pizza crust out on a cookie sheet.
- Spread your BBQ sauce all over the crust.
- Shred your chicken however way you like (I just used two forks and shredded it right in the crock pot - less clean up that way!) and spread on top of the sauce and crust.
- Cube your Velveeta and sprinkle over your pizza. Use as much, or as little, as you want!
- Bake your pizza for about 17 minutes or until cheesy is bubbly.
- Enjoy!
