My favorite post this week is Fajita Shrimp and Asparagus Tacos with Avocado Cream Sauce from Pink Heels Pink Truck. I love the idea of making your own shells (I’ve done it before for my Low-Fat Chicken Tostadas) and I love shrimp tacos when we go out. Now, I can make them at home!
