2 Packages (8 Ounces) Oscar Mayer Braunschweiger Liver Sausage
1 Cup (8 Ounces) Sour Cream or Plain Yogurt
2 Teaspoons Dill Weed
Claussen Kosher Pickle Slices
Claussen Kosher Pickle Halves
Cherry Tomatoes, Olives, Carrots, Celery, and Other Fresh Vegetables
Fresh Chopped Parsley
  1. Combine Braunschweiger, sour cream, and dill in bowl; blend until smooth. Shape into a triangle on large tray or serving platter. Decorate with pickles, olives, and other vegetables to resemble Christmas tree. (The garland is made of pickle slices; the tree trunk is a pickle half.) Sprinkle with parsley. Use fresh vegetables and pickles to dip into tree.
