Happy 2015! I’m excited that one of my first posts for the new year is about a company that I absolutely love – Bruegger’s Bagels! We frequent Bruegger’s Bagels when we are near them because there is nothing better than a nice warm bagel and delicious cream cheese. It’s one of my favorite breakfast options.

Today I am introducing you to Bruegger’s new “Behind the Taste” campaign. It is a video series that celebrates traditional bakeries and the restaurant’s commitment to the true process of bringing fresh ingredients from the farm, field, and ocean to it’s bakeries. Here is a video to explain the overall campaign:

This video has me even more excited to share the “Behind the Taste” with you! And here is the first video, “Bagel,” that just launched today. We are introduced to Ben Richards, the Senior Director of Manufacturing or “Bagel Expert” at Bruegger’s Bagels who explains what he has learned and explains more about the delicious bagels Bruegger’s produces.

I love companies that take us behind the scenes and shows it’s customers more about how products are made. Just watching how these bagels are made is making my mouth water! I can’t wait to see what February’s video is.
