Creamy Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Creamy Scalloped Potatoes and Ham
Serves 6
6 Cups Sliced, Raw Potatoes
Salt and Pepper, To Taste
10 3/4-Ounce Can Cream of Mushroom, or Celery, Soup
1 1/2 Cups Milk
1 Pound Cooked Ham, Cubed

  1. Place potatoes in slow cooker.  Salt and pepper each layer.
  2. In a bowl, mix soup, milk, and ham together.  Pour over potatoes.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 3 1/2 hours.  Continue cooking 1/2-1 1/2 hours more if needed, or until potatoes are tender.

Variation: Substitute 12-ounce can evaporated milk for the 1 1/2 cups milk.
