We have all been to the grocery store, or a restaurant, or some other establishment where we get either waited on or assisted by employees. We all know that a good experience all depends on how customer service management goes. If an employee acts like they do not want to be there, or if they either do not help you when you ask for help, then it is going to be a bad experience.
