Avocados are found in a few parts of the world, but Mexico is known as the main hub because of its rich soils and favorable climate that promotes their growth all year round.If you are not an avocado fan yet, you probably don’t know how to cook this superfood. What we love about it is that unlike some other food, there are so many ways to eat an avocado. Here are some:
- Eating it as it is
