Besides having an amazing taste, avocados also have immense health benefits.  Some studies have shown that avocados can: help you lose weight, rejuvenate your hair, make your skin glow, improves your vision, and even slow down cancerous cells duplication. Avocados are found in a few parts of the world, but Mexico is known as the main hub because of its rich soils and favorable climate that promotes their growth all year round.If you are not an avocado fan yet, you probably don’t know how to cook this superfood. What we love about it is that unlike some other food, there are so many ways to eat an avocado. Here are some:

  1. Eating it as it is

One of the ways to enjoy this superfood is by eating it as it is. No add ons, no nothing, just the natural avocado, freshly cut and well ripened.

  1. Seasoning it

Seasoning your avocado is another way to make it even tastier. Some of the seasoning you could add is salt, lemon juice, paprika, olive oil, lime juice, or balsamic vinegar. The seasoning you choose entirely depends on your taste, use your imagination!

  1. Add it in a salad

For the salad lovers, adding an avocado could just be what you have been missing. Take a fresh avocado, cut it into small pieces, and add it to your favorite salad. By doing this, you might as well ditch the fatty mayonnaise. Avocados are way tastier and healthier than processed mayo, you won’t regret it!

  1. Avocado smoothie

Why would you drink a smoothie full of sugar when you could make one with superfood?!  Avocados milkshakes are the real deal. For example, mix a cup of milk, a banana and some honey (to add to the taste). Blend them until you attain a suitable mixture. Use your imagination and add different types of fruits in the mix.   1. Guacamole

This is the most enjoyed avocado recipe all over the world. There are various ways you can make guacamole, but the main ingredient will always be avocado. For example, mix onions, tomatoes, chili peppers, salt, cheese, lime juice with an avocado to make a simple, yet amazing guacamole! 

  1. Spread it on bread or in a burger

Instead of using processed fats like butter or mayonnaise, use an avocado.  You will get the same texture and most of the time, a better taste!
