The best way to make this healthy is to eat raw fruits and vegetables. Eating raw fruits and vegetables will ensure that you get all the vitamins and nutrients they contain, and they are most effective when they are eaten fresh. For optimum benefit, you should ideally eat six small meals a day so you won’t get hungry throughout the day. If you are overweight, you should try to lose some weight before including vitamin c and garlic in your diet.
