Here are a Few Tips on How to Squeeze in Relaxation Even When Bulking Up:

Schedule It In

The most important thing to remember when trying to find time for relaxation while bulking up is that you have to schedule it. Just like with any other activity, if you don’t plan for it, it won’t happen. Schedule a few hours each week dedicated solely to your mental and physical well-being. This could include activities such as meditation or even a massage or spa day. Whatever activity helps you relax, make sure that you set aside some time each week to do it. 

Plan Ahead

Speaking of planning, remember that this is key to finding time for relaxation while bulking up. When creating your workout schedule and meal plan, set aside some time each day or week specifically for activities outside of working out. This will ensure that you have dedicated time for other activities without feeling like you are taking away from your other commitments.
