My family and I love seafood. Especially fish. There’s nothing better than either some fish sticks with tartar sauce or a fish sandwich with tartar sauce and cheese. Yummy! It’s an easy meal to make. That’s why I was excited to get to review some of Gorton’s Seafoods newer items!
We decided to surprise my mother-in-law and bring dinner tonight for her! She likes fish so we decided to try out Gorton’s Seafoods Fish Sandwich Filets and their Fish Sticks! I love that they have value packs of Fish Sticks, by the way – saves you some money! Anyways – we paired the fish with some scalloped potatoes for a completely easy meal!
For the sandwiches we grabbed some kaiser roll buns, white cheddar cheese and some tartar sauce (you can’t have fish without tartar sauce) and it was so yummy! The filets are good size and nice and crispy. The fish sticks are absolutely delicious as well!
I can’t wait to try out the Gorton’s Simply Bake Tilapia! I love baked tilapia, so I’m sure that I will not be disappointed! Make sure to watch for the follow up post – I have a great side dish recipe to go along with it! 🙂

They look so yummy i take it fish sticks are the same as fish fingers over here if so i love them could eat boxes of them 🙂
My boys love fish sticks and Gorton’s is the only brand I buy. I know it’s a quality brand and they are getting the best when I buy it.
Looks like you had a tasty dinner! I like Gortons products, but can’t buy them much because my husband is not a fan. I don’t eat seafood other than the processed stuff like Gortons and my husband is the opposite so we rarely have seafood.
I can only agree, their products are delicious. We had a couple of them already! The next thing we want to try are the Sandwich Filets and make fish burger out of them 🙂
That Gorton’s box evokes some feelings of nostalgia in me because it’s the brand my parents used to buy when I was growing up. 🙂 I honestly haven’t bought their products in years because I simply forgot about them, but I’m craving a fish sandwich after reading your post, so maybe I need to head to the store! LOL

Gorton’s fish stick were the only ones my kids would eat when they were growing up!
I am a vegetarian (only one in the house) but with my first baby I craved fish sandwiches like nobody’s business, and I liked tartar sauce on fries then too. Crazy, but I remember it being soooooo good!
Gortons fish sticks are the only ones we would buy. The kids love it and so do I.
I like Gortons products too. They are great when I am in a hurry because they can be prepared so many different ways.
I would like to try some of shrimp. They have a lot of them to choose from too.

We are a seafood crazy family and I sometimes buy Gortons frozen products.
We love Gorton’s in our home. Their seafood is delicious and very convenient to prepare. As a Working Mom, I love being able prepare easy meal and know that my family is getting good food to eat.
My mom buys these. I don’t buy frozen boxed seafood. I’m a seafood snob,haha, I grew up on the coast with my grandfather fishing, so I like mine fresh.
Aren’t the Gorton’s products the best??? Sooo convenient and good for you and even the kids love them; my favorite is the fish sandwich, too..YUMM..thanks for sharing
My family loves Gorton’s. We keep it in the house all the time. My son loves to make it for lunch.
