I am a complete sucker for Tootsie Rolls. They are my favorite candy, ever. When I was younger, my dad and I used to get into arguments over who got the last Tootsie Roll.   1. would I use regular milk choc. chips or should it be the choc. discs that I melt to cover my candies. I know one has more wax and sits up better than the other, that’s why I ask.
