Mother’s Day is right around the corner. My dear mother is in Heaven now, but there is another special person who came into my life shortly after her passing that has become a mother figure to me. Kristin over at It’s Free At Last. The wonderful people over at Hallmark Flowers gave me the opportunity to recognize her with a beautiful bouquet of flowers.
This lovely lady came into my life a few short months after my mother passed away. We met through blogging and found out that we live within walking distance of each other – how crazy, right? We have become great friends since. She always knows how to make me laugh, but can lend a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on too. Kristin is truly a blessing to me and my family and we are so lucky to have her in our lives!
The bouquet of flowers came at the perfect time – Kristin had just gotten back from a business trip, so she was able to enjoy the sight and smell of fresh flowers as soon as she got home!
