I’m excited to let you all know I am a part of the #IntelTablets crew! I’m excited to introduce my Toshiba Encore 2 to you all and to let you know how I am using it to get blog work done, craft, and cook!
The Encore 2 from Toshiba has a pretty matte satin gold finish with a 10.1″ diagnoal screen with a 1280×800 native resolution. It has Mobile Intel HD graphics, an Intel Atom Processor, 1 GB of on board memory, and 32 GB of storage. The audio is great with Dolby Digital Plus sound technology. I love that it has both a front (1.2 MP) and rear (5 MP) HD cameras – great for selfies and more!
Something I absolutely love is the fact that it has an HDMI port, USB slot, and SD card slot. Being a blogger I have a lot of things on USB drives as well as my SD card for my DSLR, so these are definite necessities! You can connect to the Encore 2 via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth v4.0.
Setting up my tablet was a breeze! I just had to enter my Microsoft email and password that I already sign into my laptop with and it used the same settings to set it up. Love that feature!
I’ve just been using my Toshiba Encore 2 for a few weeks, and I’m already in love with it! I recently took it with me on a trip to Los Angeles, California last week and it was great to be able to play games, work on blog posts, and listen to music while on the plane as well as in the hotel room. It’s small enough to fit in my bag and not bulky at all.
Stay tuned in a few weeks where I go in depth on how I’m using my tablet to cook! I’m excited to share some great apps and tips with you!
What would you use your Intel tablet for?
I’m a 20-something stay-at-home mother and wife. I have an amazing husband, a beautiful daughter, two loving dogs, and a lazy cat. I wouldn’t change my life for anything! I love to read, listen to music, cook and blog!
