Krohn Conservatory – Butterfly Show

Sharing is caring!

Yesterday we took my mom to the Krohn Conservatory in Eden Park for the Butterfly Show. My mom’s birthday is Tuesday, the 24th, so we wanted to do something this weekend for her. I got some wonderful pictures. I wanted to share them with you. Just click ‘Continue Reading’ to see them.

This is right after we got into the butterfly exhibit. Riley wasn’t too sure what to think at first.

This is one of my favorite butterfly photos that I took.

Riley started opening up to what was going on. It was so funny watching her see all of the butterflies fly around. 🙂

I love this picture of us. Even though we couldn’t get Riley to look at the camera because she was too busy watching the butterflies. 🙂

I am in love with this picture of my parents and Riley. Just the way they look at her… they love her so much. <3

I have quite a few other pictures, but I think I will save them for the Wordless Wednesday post. 🙂

I selected this post to be featured on Top Mommy Blogs. Please visit the site and vote for my blog!

    • I know – I can’t get over how much she looks like me! 🙂 The butterfly exhibit was very neat – it’s been going on for 17 years and we kept saying we were going to go, but finally got around to it this year. Lol.

  6. Aww great pics! Going to butterfly exhibits was always one of my favorite things to do as a kid. I can’t wait to take my daughter one day too! =)

  7. These are wonderful photos Courtney! You sure can see the love in your parents’ eyes with Riley. When we go to Calgary we always visit the Calgary Zoo, they too have a beautiful butterfly exhibit, and your photos reminded me that we haven’t been there for a while. Thanks!
