Many people tend to give themselves permission to eat out a lot during travel or while they are on vacation. Unfortunately, restaurant food is usually prepared with more salt, fat, oil and sugar. When far away from home, people tend to order food at restaurants that usually do not fit into their usual diet at home. Add in the fact that when you’re on vacation you may not have more time to stay active especially if you need to be on the road for several hours. In turn, you are not able to maintain your healthy routine while traveling.
