Even though I’m a work-at-home mom, I do not have the time nor the energy to make a four course dinner each evening. I have lots of go-to meals that we eat a lot, but sometimes I don’t feel like cooking at all. I’m glad that Pizza Hut is there to turn to for these nights. They have great classic flavors, as well as some all new flavors. Last week we decided to try a couple of the new flavors – and we’re so glad we did!
Pizza Hut has always been our go to pizza place. My husband and I have tried pretty much every variety of pizza they’ve ever offered over the years, and now our daughter is getting in on it, too. We’ve never been disappointed, but now Pizza Hut is really upping its game with all of their great new toppings, sauces, and crust flavors. We brought home two pizzas for our family pizza night, and since Miles and I have tried all of their classics, we decided to get crazy and taste their new offerings.
If there’s one thing I love as much as pizza, it’s barbecue, so for our first pizza, I went with classic meatballs, onions, barbecue sauce, and barbecue drizzle for the toppings and their garlic buttery blend crust. It was like a barbecue festival in my mouth and EVERYBODY was invited. It was seriously delicious. Whoever came up with these great new flavors really knew what they were doing, because I’ve never had anything quite so yummy on a pizza before!
Miles is all about pizza and wings, so he decided to see what Pizza Hut could deliver for him. Boy, did they ever deliver! He got a pizza with a salted pretzel crust topped with chicken, mushrooms, and buffalo sauce. It was as equally amazing as my barbecue pizza. I’ve tried other pizza toppings like this, but they just never worked. It was like a great idea that just couldn’t get off of the ground. Pizza Hut hit the nail on the head, though. It was AH-mazing.
The greatest thing about Pizza Hut’s new topping, sauce, and crust offerings is how well they work together. It’s like a well oiled taste machine! It’s seriously the greatest thing to happen to pizza since the inception of Pizza Hut. The two pizzas we had were abso-fraking-lutely phenomenal, and now we can’t wait to try more amazing combos. Riley is even asking if pizza night can be upped to every night. I don’t see that happening, but perhaps an extra night would be in order. =D
