Minty, Gummy, Chocolatey Candy!

Who here likes sweet stuff? Here who here likes candy? I am sure that at least ninety percent of you would have raised your hand after I asked those questions. Who doesn’t love the stuff? It’s sweet, sugary, and we are told that it is so bad for us, so we enjoy it even more!

There’s all types of candy out there… and I’d like to go over some of them and why I like them.

  • Minty – This includes peppermint patties, peppermints, etc. They taste great and give you fresh breath – what’s not to like?
  • Gum – This includes Bubblicious, Chewing, Big League Chew, etc. Sometimes I’m bored, like when I’m waiting for the light to change or just when I’m driving in general and I want something to do with my mouth…
  • Chocolate – Whether it be just a plain old chocolate bar, surrounding peanut butter in the form of a cup, or mixed with nougat like my favorite Snicker’s bars… most people love chocolate. I won’t say I love it, but I definitely crave it a lot.
  • “Healthy” candy… or should I say healthier. Even if it’s in a smaller size, it’s still nice because you can get your fix without all the calories. But, really, who counts all those calories? You need to treat yourself everyone once in awhile!

In conclusion, we all love candy. It’s very enjoyable and small and good for a quick snack to indulge in. What is your favorite candy – is it chocolately, or gum? I’d love to know!
