So, I have brought my secret recipe for cooking delicious beef steak.What you need for preparing the dish?Before preparing this mouth-watering pressure cooker beef steak recipe, you must marinate your beef which is really important to enhance its taste. The steak of beef does not contain fat, thus it cooks dry. But this recipe will help you enjoy the amazing flavor of the dish.Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds round beef steaks
  • 2 Tablespoons of A-1 Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar or any other vinegar
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 4 small red potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of steak seasoning
  • 1 cup of water or beef stock (if you have)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper

Preparation of Pressure Cooker Steak Recipe

  1. Slice the onions and place them in a pressure cooker.
  2. Set the setting of sauteing on a 6-qt. electric pressure cooker and regulate it for medium heat.
  3. Add your beef steak after onions. 
  4. Wisk A-1. sauce and vinegar in a bowl and pour them onto the beef.
  5. Add the flavors of steak seasoning.
  6. Add other leftover ingredients.
  7. Cut the red potatoes into small pieces and put them into a 122 foil sheet.
  8. Flavor with salt, pepper, and diced garlic. Add the topping of butter.
  9. Make a foil pack by folding the corners of the foil.
  10. Put them onto the beef steak in the cooker.
  11. Finally, lock the lid and carefully release the pressure steam.
  12. Get the packed red potatoes out from the pressure cooker and toss them to apply seasonings and butter.
  13. Garnish with green beans or broccoli and do the topping with steamed yummy onions.
  14. Serve the dish with mashed potatoes and enjoy your meal!
