If you have ever been a victim of sinus pain, you are going to understand this post completely. Thanks to the “wonderful” genes I received from my mom’s side, I have a disposition of some not-so-wonderful health issues. One of them being sinus issues. Ever since I was a teenager, at least, I have dealt with sinus infections and lots of sinus pain.

One of my first memories of sinus pain affecting my life is while playing softball. I was a fastpitch softball pitcher, so I needed to be at the top of my game. Unfortunately this spring day, I was plagued by a terrible sinus headache with the lovely sinus pain across my forehead and below my eyes. Not fun. At this time, I was just on a community league, so the games weren’t for a serious competition or anything, but I wanted to be on top of my game anyways. With sinus pain, especially a sinus headache, that’s kind of hard to do. I especially remembering it being a sunny day, so that made my head hurt even more. I remember my pitching not being the best that day, but we still somehow won that game. Thankfully it all worked out, but I was down right miserable the entire time. If I could replay that game (literally), I wish I didn’t have to deal with that ugly sinus pain and pressure. It would have made the day go a lot better!

If you have ever wanted to “replay” a moment in your life that was plagued by sinus issues, SUDAFED
