I have a weird obsession. I know I’m not the only one with this obsession. Want to know what it is? The smell of leather. We have a leather store in our closest mall and every time I walk by it, I stop for a second to smell it. Weird, I know. Please comment and let me know if you have the same appreciation for leather that I do (I don’t want to feel alone – do you?). 🙂
If you like leather (be it the smell of it, or that it is so sturdy) but do not want to have to drive to get a good quality product made of it for a good price, there is a great store online called Saddleback Leather. They carry everything from leather bags, wallets, briefcases, belts, and so much more! They use only thick, full grain leather that ages richly. They do not use weak Genuine or Bonded leather, like you may see in many more common stores. I like how they also use larger pieces of leather and not smaller pieces sewn together because that makes the product, whether it be a wallet or bag, more durable and not as weak. It always has disappointed me when I’ve bought myself or someone else something and it breaks down within a few months. You won’t have this problem with Saddleback Leather!
Both my husband and father have leather wallets and I know they need new ones, so I think I’ll be getting them each one this year! I definitely recommend Saddleback leather if you are looking for a quality company that makes durable leather products. You will not be disappointed!
