A big concern as a woman, for me, is safety. Especially having a child, I want to make sure I’m safe no matter where I am, but especially when I’m out and about at night. That’s when predators like to hit – when it’s dark and there isn’t as many people out. So we need to make sure we take the right precautions.
I’m so happy to have found out about the website Safety Girl. They have multiple products for women to stay safe. Their main product is pepper spray, but they also have personal alarms, stun guns, concealed carry handbags, and emergency kits. I also love their line of training DVDs, which include self defense, firearm and shooting, and first aid and CPR training. Every woman out there should be prepared and know self defense, because you never know when someone could attack you. And even if you learn self defense and never have to use it, at least you’re still prepared!
Also, if you’re in the construction field, or anything like that, they have specialty hard hats, steel toe boots, flash lights, safety glasses, gloves, and tool belt kits that you can buy – which, they’re made for women so they’re stylish as well! If you don’t work in the construction field, they also have some gardening tools and sunglasses that might interest you.
I’m a 20-something stay-at-home mother and wife. I have an amazing husband, a beautiful daughter, two loving dogs, and a lazy cat. I wouldn’t change my life for anything! I love to read, listen to music, cook and blog!
