Stonewall Kitchen Review #MomBlogTourFF

Sharing is caring!

I participated in the Mom Blog Tour at the Summer Fancy Food Showon behalf of Wendy’s Bloggers and received Stonewall Kitchen products to facilitate my review.

Stonewall Kitchen at Fancy Food ShowI love a company that has a bunch of different products. And Stonewall Kitchen is definitely one of those companies. They have everything from food to kitchen items, to home and garden and more. They are a great brand that I had the pleasure to meet at the 2015 Fancy Food Show.Stonewall Kitchen FoundersJim Stott and Jonathan King first started out making jams and jellies in the early 90s. They were just trying to raise a little money to pay off some bills – but that little venture turned into a big one! There are currently 11 Stonewall Kitchen stores on the East Coast, but you can also purchase their products online. Stonewall Kitchen’s main headquarters is located in York, Maine, ad includes a large retain store and their corporate offices, as well as their cooking school. At the cooking school you can go to demonstrations, hands-on-classes, and host private parties and events. Watch this video to learn more about their story:Stonewall Kitchen -02 After returning home from the Fancy Food Show, Stonewall Kitchen sent us a great collection of their food items. I’m excited to share more about them with you:Farmhouse Pancake & Waffle Mix: This is the best pancake and waffle mix I have ever had! Paired with Stonewall Kitchen’s Wild Maine Blueberry Jam, it is a great morning treat! I made it on a Saturday morning for my husband, Riley, and myself and they were a huge hit!Wild Maine Blueberry Jam: Like I said, we used this jam to top our pancakes and it was delicious! It’s made with just the right amount of sugar and a splash of lemon, not to mention their hand-raked Maine blueberries. Also, this Wild Maine Blueberry Jam was a Sofi awards finalist at the Fancy Food Show!Sea Salt Caramel Sauce: I got to try this Sea Salt Caramel Sauce at the Fancy Food Show and instantly fell in love with it! Since coming home, I have made it with ice cream and whipped topping as a sundae, and I love it even more! It would be great to dip fruit in, as well. I will be buying a couple of jars to take to our holiday shingdigs this year, as well. I know my family and friends will love it.New England Chicken Stew Mix: If you are looking for a good comfort food, this chicken stew will definitely fit the bill. And it’s simple to make – just add chicken and broth. One package serves 8 and is GMO free and gluten free.Farmhouse Ketchup: Stonewall Kitchen has made a great ketchup! We’ve dipped our fries in it and I’ve made meatloaf with it, and we love it! Sloppy Joe Sauce: I am a huge lover of sloppy joe sandwiches, so I had high hopes for this StoneWall Kitchen sauce. And they certainly delivered! This one is even better than other brands I Have tried before because it has a slight spicyness to it, that my family and I loved!Stonewall Kitchen Sloppy Joe Sauce IngredientsHere are just the few ingredients that we used to make it. Some ground beef, and some white button mushrooms that we sliced up. And of course you can’t forget the buns.Stonewall Kitchen Sloppy Joe MixAnd it made an amazing family meal! I can’t wait to order some more to have on hand next time we’re craving sloppy joes!Stonewall Kitchen is a great company that I am so glad to have met and experienced. They have so many other great products that my family and I are excited to try.
