Sweet Spring Picture Frame CraftSupplies Needed:

  • Picture Frame
  • Silk Flowers
  • Scissors
  • Hot Glue, Glue Gun
  • Spray Paint (Optional)

We found everything we used for this picture frame craft at our local dollar store. Choose a flower that works for you and is easy to manipulate around the frame.

Directions:

  1. Begin by trimming the flowers down into single stems. The length of each stem can vary, as they don’t need to be uniform. Use your scissors or shears to cut the stems, and simply bend them into shape.
  2. Paint the frame if you wish. We left ours natural, but if you want to add a coat of paint feel free. Allow plenty of time to dry before adding the flowers.Sweet Spring Picture Frame Craft
  3. Apply some hot glue to the stem of the flowers. Press them one at a time to the frame, working your way around the entire frame.
  4. Add in any blooms to cover gaps or spaces. You can make your frame as full or as sparse as you see fit.
