Taco Pasta Bake

Sharing is caring!

I know I haven’t posted a new recipe in quite awhile! Please forgive me. I’m hoping to post at least one new one a week now, though – let’s hope it goes as planned. Here’s this weeks! It’s very yummy and super simple to make!

Taco Pasta Bake

Taco Pasta Bake

1 Bag Whole Wheat Noodles (Or You Can Use Regular Egg Noodles If You Wish)
1 Pound Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Water
1 Packet Taco Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Chili Seasoning
1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 can (15 Ounces) Tomato Sauce
1/2 Can Corn (I Used Corn With Diced Yellow and Red Peppers – Delicious!)
2 Cups Shredded Cheese Of Your Choice (I Used Cheddar/Pepper Jack Mix)

  1. Put your noodles on to cook. While those are cooking, brown the ground beef. Drain after it is no longer pink. Put back in the pan over the heat.
  2. Add the taco seasoning, chili seasoning, garlic powder, water and tomato sauce and mix. Fold in corn. Heat thoroughly. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  3. After noodles are cooked, drain and put in an oven-safe casserole dish (sprayed with a little cooking spray). Remove beef/corn mixture from heat and pour over the noodles in the casserole dish. Top with cheese.
  4. Put in oven 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted completely.
  5. Enjoy!

You can top this with any taco toppings you usually use, like lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, etc. 🙂

  3. That looks delicious! I’ve actually made the cheater’s version of that before…Velveeta Mac and cheese and taco meat. Yours looks way better, and I’m sure it’s much better for you!

  4. That sounds yummy! I’ll have to give it a try soon. Thanks for sharing. 😀

  5. I’m, no kidding, going to make this for dinner! I’ve got everything in the cabinet and it looks so good 😉

  6. Combining two of my favorite foods? Awesome! Ground turkey, shredded chicken, or beans/refried beans would be great in this as well.
