Great post. It is really hard to stay healthy during the winter. There are so many icky cold/flu bugs running around, my garden is dead, and it is snowy/cold so I don’t want to be outside. It can be really difficult. I also have trouble getting up early because the sun doesn’t rise until 7am. I will try some of your ideas.
