It’s easy for us to gain weight in the winter simply because this season doesn’t make us too motivated to get out and get moving.

  2. Great post. It is really hard to stay healthy during the winter. There are so many icky cold/flu bugs running around, my garden is dead, and it is snowy/cold so I don’t want to be outside. It can be really difficult. I also have trouble getting up early because the sun doesn’t rise until 7am. I will try some of your ideas.
