July and August are the best weather months in Bali if you are looking for the perfect opportunity to visit. However, these are also the pick months, making it an expensive time to visit. The skies are also clear in April and June and between September and November. These are the best times to have a Bali wedding as the place is not streaming with tourists, and the rates are fair. 

Where to stay

For a private transfer, you will meet your driver waiting for you at arrivals to take you directly to your hotel or villa. There are several online airport transfer services you can use to book your transfer. You can also ask the hotel you will be staying in for the service. 

For taxi travel, you can get operators around the airport. Even so, it is more expensive than a private airport transfer.

The Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) is the unit currency used in Bali. You can find several currency exchange agencies throughout Bali. Ensure you are careful when exchanging your money and look out for shady dealers, especially in tourist destinations. The banks are the best choice for currency exchange. It is always advisable to pay with your travel card whenever possible. It makes it easier for you and prevents the need to carry a lot of liquid cash.
