3. Pedestal Pumps:

Pedestal pump arrive with a detached motor and pump. The motor is attached to the pedestal right above the basic with the support of a hose. The pump throws the collected water through the hose and sends it to the respective drain area. 

4. Water-powered backup:

A water-powered backup helps you to clear the water with the help of the water pressure itself. With this type of sump pump, you do not have to keep a check on the backup or battery life.  However, not many places have a permission to install this type of sump pump.
