Yesterday Riley, my sister-in-law Gina, and I visited AMC Wester Chester 18 to see Moana in Dolby Cinema at AMC. And boy, are we glad we did! I am excited to share some reasons why you, too, should see Moana in Dolby Cinema at AMC!
- The Comfortable Seats – The seats in the Dolby Cinema at AMC theaters are the absolute best seats I have ever sat in at a theater. They are comfortable, and I love that I can recline the feet, the head, or both. There’s nothing better than being able to put your feet up and watch a great movie.
- The Huge Screen – There’s no movie theater screen bigger near me. And with the great stadium seating, you will be able to see the entire screen with nothing and no one in your way – that is a total win for me!
- The Moving Sound – See those red things in the picture above? Those are all speakers. And they are all around you. You will feel like you’re in the middle of the ocean with Maui and Moana with the great sound quality, as well as the chairs that vibrate when there are significant action sequences. I know this will be great for future movies that we plan to see in Dolby Cinema at AMC!
- Beautiful Imagery – I knew that Moana was going to be a gorgeous movie. It was even more so than I expected thanks to the great quality Dolby Cinema at AMC provides. All throughout the movie, I was just amazed at the beautiful scenes of the islands and the ocean. And the end scene (I won’t give spoilers!) – wow. Absolutely stunning!

I am really excited to see this movie. I have read that it is really true to culture.
I need to see Moana in the Dolby Theater and this movie looks so good and a good family movie to see with the kids.
