I’m a 20-something stay-at-home mother and wife. My husband, Miles, is the best man I could have in my life. My daughter, Riley, is the sweetest, smartest little girl ever. We have a Puggle named Frankie and a Dachshund/Jack Russel mix named Annie. They’re both great dogs who are so good with our daughter.
I was raised by my grandparents from the time I was 8 months old. Because they were all I knew as “parents,” I call them mom and dad. I wouldn’t be the smart, thankful, caring, strong, independent woman I am without them. I am so thankful that they were there for me.
I have a beautiful, smart little sister named Allison. Even though we’ve just begun to have a relationship the past couple years since she lives with our birth mother, I’m so thankful that we’re getting to know each other and we get to spend time together. I am also so happy that she gets to be in Riley’s life.
My favorite things to do are read, listen to music, watch television and movies, exercise, coupon, and, of course, blog. My new-found love is crafting. I just taught myself to crochet, and I also do cross stitch and plastic canvas.
