So I started this 10 Day Challenge last November with my Ten Secrets but haven’t gone on to do the rest of the challenges. So that’s what I’ll be doing now! 🙂 Here’s nine loves I have!
- My Family – Of course this would be first. I don’t know what I would do without them. From Miles, to Riley, to my parents and my aunt. I love them all dearly.
- Caffeine Free Diet Dr. Pepper – I am obsessed with this stuff now. To me, it tastes just like Dr. Pepper but it doesn’t have the calories or caffeine. Yay!
- Music – Music has always been there for me when nobody else was, especially in high school and through the depression I went through during that time because of my chronic pain (which I need to write about since I haven’t done so). It has a way of always lifting me up, no matter what kind of music it is. I have a very eclectic taste, as well – I love country, rock, pop, jazz, blues, opera, as well as others. I’ll listen to anything once. 🙂
- Mashed Potatoes – If I could eat any one food for the rest of my life, it would definitely be mashed potatoes. Not exactly the best thing in the world for me, I know. Which is why this week I’m going to try making mashed cauliflower. I need something new with my Nutrisystem diet when it comes to veggies, so I figured I’d try these.
- Crafting – My stress reliever, for sure. I’m so happy that I got into plastic canvas, cross stitch, and crocheting these past few months. I don’t know how I coped with stress before, honestly. And I’m excited about just opening up my Etsy shop last night. 🙂
- Peace Signs – Anyone who knows me knows how obsessed with peace signs I am. I have way too many things to name and count that have peace signs on them… it’s really sad the addiction I have. Hah!
- Teen Mom 1 & 2 – This is my guilty pleasure TV. I’m sad that TM1 has ended, but happy that TM2 is going on right now. I’m really hoping that Maci and Catelynn get their own spin off shows!
- Slow Cookers – We have 5 in different. I love every single one of them. It’s so nice to just be able to throw the stuff in the slow cooker in the morning and let it cook all day. No worrying about dinner for Miles and Riley. So convenient and easy!
- My Blog – Last, but certainly, not least. This blog has been one of the best things to happen to me. I love having my own little corner of the web where I can talk about whatever I wish. Another great stress reliever for me. 🙂
I’m a 20-something stay-at-home mother and wife. I have an amazing husband, a beautiful daughter, two loving dogs, and a lazy cat. I wouldn’t change my life for anything! I love to read, listen to music, cook and blog!
It was awesome getting to know all about you! Thanks for sharing!
Courtney, I can totally relate, my blog would be in my love list too – as well as my family. By the way, mashed cauliflower, is prepared right, is delicious. Also, my husband lost 70 pounds on NutriSystem – it does work if you stick to it!! Good luck to you! Best, Lisa
Ha ha! I love mashed potatoes too! great list 🙂
Love mashed potatoes too! The blogging world for moms is one of the best things to ever happen for all of us!
Good Luck with your Etsy shop!! We’ve tried the mashed cauliflower and most of us liked it!
I hop all those things continue to give you happiness and next year you have more to add to the list!(:
