- Dan Mintz
Dan Mintz is the founder of DMG entertainment, who recently acquired indie comic book company Valiant. Valiant is the third-most-popular comic book franchise after DC and Marvel, and Dan has taken them to the big screen for the first time. Mintz and the Valiant network made their debut on the big screen with Bloodshot, the first installment of their comic book universe starring Vin Diesel. On top of Bloodshot, Dan Mintz of DMG has also worked as a producer on films like Iron Man 3 (2013), Looper (2012), Point Break (2015). Bloodshot is only the beginning of Valiant’s cinematic crusade. There are other films planned in the near future, including a sequel to Bloodshot, a film based on the Harbinger comics, and a crossover film based on the Harbinger universe.

- Ben Dunn
Dunn is the co-founder of Antarctic Press. He was born and raised in Taiwan and was inspired by Japanese manga. In 1984 he created Antarctic Press in San Antonio, Texas, developing the style known as Amerimanga’. Amerimanga combines classic American illustration style with that of the Manga genre. Antarctic Press has been in the business for 35 years, but still pumps out popular comics such as the Golddigger, Cat S**t One, and the Dog Eaters series.
- Jean-Pierre Dionnet
Jean-Pierre Dionnet co-founded Humanoids (then called Les Humanodes Associs) in France in 1974. In 2013 the company decided to focus on the U.S market, translating much of their material to English and then setting up shop in Los Angeles. The Humanoids brand is still translating their old works while also creating new comics today. One of the more popular works by Humanoids is the Omni series that exists within the H1 universe. Dionett favors diversity amongst his artists and writers and goes out of his way to work with colleagues from all across the world.
- Kenny Penman
Kenny Penman founded Blank Slate Books in 2008, a UK-based company that focuses on the European and US markets. Blank Slate strictly showcases new and up and coming comic talent who do not necessarily fall in line with the mainstream superhero genres. Their comics use old fashioned British/American cartoon style and feature a lot of dry British humor. On top of bringing in new talent, Penman also focuses on publishing titles from European countries that are not as well known in the UK or the US, including a heavy emphasis on well-known German creators like Mawil, Ule Osterle, and Line Hoven.
- Jon Kramer
After an extensive career as an entertainment entrepreneur, Kramer became CEO of AfterShock Comics shortly after its founding in 2015. Aftershock produces a huge amount of material and is known for creating a multitude of unique and stylish artwork. One of their most recent releases, Miskatonic, takes place in the 1920s and is a mix of Lovecraft style literature and crime noir. AfterShock describes the new series as a revisionist look at classic cosmic horror tropes and combines them with noir crime and real-world politics.
