To show you really know how to pull off a spooky themed party, try making some of the eats yourself. This does not have to be a complicated process to be impressive. For example, you can dress up your regular cake pan brownies with white icing to make them look like mummies. You can also make frozen bananas look like mini ghosts with the right application of white chocolate. Just dip the bananas in the white chocolate and add some dark chocolate eyes and allow the freezer to do the rest of the work. This is certainly not as scary as it is completely delicious. Just place a stack of plates by the snack counter and you will find that your homemade treats are the first to vanish into the night.
